About Thagqwe Spoken on Aay, the most conservative C'iwe macrolanguage, the only one preserving the proto-language's click series, and the only one still spoken in the Urheimat in the western central Aaymazon.

There are 3 verb-like word classes which all behave differently and clausal information is split messily between them. Syntax involves a lot of movement. There's also grammatical tone.

There are 4 tones: unmarked, long falling, long rising, and short glottalized. The last 3 categories can only occur on the penultimate or ultimate syllable of a word.
