About Unim unim is an international auxiliary language from the fictional planet which in unim is called "sodalaki".

The main goals it had in its creation were to be friendly, politically neutral, unambiguous as the speaker desired without requiring too many words, to be easy to pronounce, to have the feel of a natural language, and respect local names and pronunciations. It has a number of little redundancies, a lot of room to adjust to local speakers of the fictional countries who contributed to its creation, and plenty of space for industry jargon to be formulated and added on top of the default vocabulary.

A few defining features and design choices of unim:
1) Nothing in unim truly conjugates morphologically; instead adpositions, adjectives, and simple compounding make up its complex vocabulary and grammar.
2) unim is an analytical language. It's up to the speaker to make what's being said as clear or abstract as they want to. This creates an interesting dichotomy where in government the context is very precise, while in personal context word-building can be relatively vague.
3) All of the 9 billion speakers are of course fictitious and have a linguistic makeup dissimilar but not unfamiliar to Earth's.
