About 3udau
3udau is an a posteriori, personal artlang whose words are purposefully distorted from multiple different source languages. I use Wiktionary as a source for where to derive my words from.
Linguistic features:
- Metaphony involved when forming new words and applying sound changes to words in order to fit in.
- V2 word order involving verbalizers, which appear in every sentence.
- Mostly right-branching or head-initial.
- Prepositional phrases are marked using the oblique particle "fa" and the adverbial suffix "-ili" instead of adpositions.
- Adjectives are the same as verbs.
- Adjectives or proper nouns as a label are marked using a construction involving the genitive particle "da."
- Nouns are definite by default. 3udau uses "un" for singular or "yau" for plural to mark indefiniteness.
The dictionary listed on CWS is now kind of obsolete and is migrating to
