About Romavian Romavian is a Romance language that originated in the Iberian Peninsula and it is only spoken in the fictional country of Keltsvia, where it is a co-official language in the region of Romavia along with Keltsvian. Within the Indo-European macrofamily, Romavian language is derived from the following branches: Indo-European > Italic > Romance > Western Romance > Ibero-Romance > West Iberian > Romavian. Sharing most of its characteristics with Spanish, Portuguese and Astur-Leonese but it continued evolving far from other Romance language from the end of the 15th century. It received most of its vocabulary from Latin, and it also has some Germanic and Arabic influence and after the migration of its speakers towards Eastern Europe it started to receive also some Slavic influence.
