About Plains Elven
Plains Elven is perhaps the uniquest among the Elven tongues, as it almost the missing link between the Mannish and Elven tongues. Plains Elves appear more Human than other Elves (they have less pointed ears, and brownish-skin) and the language/script is a weird mix of Mannish and Elven (with many letters having different values from the original sources) (however, it's predominantly Elven-origin words (specifically related to High-Elven), hence why it's placed with other Elven tongues and why it's called “Plain Elven”) PE is SVO (free form) with adjectives coming before nouns.
