About Zwolur Zwolur is spoken on the islands of Zwalar, somewhere in the mid-west Arabian Sea. It had a lot of influence from multiple Arabic dialects such as Egyptian and Levantine. It follows a much stricter tri-consonantal root system, and has relatively simple tenses. (Almost) All vocab comes from Arabic.

[edit] [view] Kobur (Kobur)This dialect is spoken on the tiny island of Kabar (or El Nasay Kubur, formally). The primary features are that the glottal stop 'q' is replaced with a voiceless uvular stop (consequently, 'qq' is replaced with caddah-ed /q/) and the voiced velar stop 'g' is replaced with the voiced palato-alveolar fricative /ʒ/. This is written with a 'j' and the 'g' glyph is never used (consquently, 'j' cannot be used for the voiced palatal approximant).
[edit] [view] Kosur (Kosur)Spoken by the Kosur people on the island of Kasar, this dialect has a much stronger connection to the native Zwolur language. Some vocab is changed, and there is a change in phonology as well. There is a rising separatist movement growing in the Kosur people.
