Notes
live + NOMZ
The root of this word developed rather late. Originally, the verb "ir" meaning "to be" was used for this purpose, but it slowly shifted away. The old word for life, "irmos", is used for the more abstract concept of life itself, i.e. life is a game. The new word "pintanmos/pintamos" is used for that specific spark of life in each being, and also to mean flora and fauna, i.e. life is returning after the fire.
