Raštun is a proud and ancient country, with it's history dating back thousands of years. Considered one of the planet's great empires, it has gained it's power through it's highly influential trade routes. An economically-based nation, Raštun has been world-renown for it's excellent merchants for centuries. As such, the merchant class is the largest, and most influential in the country. Although traditionally it was a theocracy, a revolution that took place roughly 800 years ago turned it into a loose Confederacy of states.
