Words always start with ɹ, never ɾ.
Between vowels, ɹ morphs into ɾ.
Words never end in h, always ç.
Words never end in p or b, always p’ and b’.
Words never end in ʍ, always w.
ə, and ɐ never come before another vowel, j, or w. Insert ʔ after them.
j always comes between vowels if the first vowel is i, ɪ, a, or ɛ.
w always comes between vowels if the first vowel is o, u or ɔ.
w never follows i, ɪ, ɛ, a, ə, or ɐ.
If k, b, or p come before ʔ rather than k', b', or p', it means that the ʔ is at the beginning of a new syllable.
Obviously there are some exceptions to the rules. Some are listed below:
